Exchange Policy

Not the right fit? Spot any manufacturing defects on the garment? The color doesn't suit your skin complexion? Let us know!! We want to to be a happy customer. We will gladly issue you a refund or exchange on any unworn & unwashed merchandise. Return requests must be made within 5 working days of receiving an order and returned within 5 working days of receiving return approval.

1. Customer must email to within 5 working days after receiving their order to initiate refund or exchange process. All sale items are not returnable. 

2. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation with a return authorization number. We kindly ask that your return is shipped back to us within 5 days of receiving your return authorization number. Any returns postmarked after 5 days of receiving the return authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not applicable for refunds.

4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Your return will be processed as soon as possible but please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed.

7. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. For international orders, we are not responsible for duty reimbursements.

8. Exchanges can be for the same item or not. If there is a price difference, either the customer will owe the difference.

9. When shipping a return, we recommend receiving and emailing us the tracking number as we are not responsible for any lost returns.

10. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

2. Once approved, we will issue you a return# and return address

3. Please make sure to ship your return within 5 days of receiving your Authorisation Number. Any returns postmarked after 5 days of receiving an Authorisation Number will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

4. We will email you once your return has been processed. Depending on your bank, please allow 5-10 working days for the credit to appear on your statement. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
